Valentine’s Day Podcast #10, De Wetshof Lilya Rosé 2019, good with De Wetshof Mosbolletjies…

De Wetshof Lilya Rosé 2019

De Wetshof Wine Estate in the Robertson Wine Appellation is owned and managed by the De Wet family, which has been making wine there for 150 years over three generations. The Estate is a Chardonnay specialist, producing a fine range of Chardonnays from a delicate unwooded Limestone Hill to the wondrously wooded Bateleur.

However, they also produce a range of other wines, some sublime reds and a range of whites, including the Edeloes, a fine example of a Sauternes style wine.
