Welgegund Wine Estate is in the Wellington Wine Appellation. The Estate is planted to a variety of grape types, and some unusual ones too. These are testament to the individual character of each vineyard, described by their aspect, slope and wind exposure. Their dedication to these special features in developing each vineyard block, allows plantings uniquely suited to the fingerprint of the farm.
