De Grendel Koetshuis Sauvignon Blanc 2021, good with Gnocchi Carbonara
A real stunner from De Grendel, the De Grendel Koetshuis Sauvignon Blanc 2021 made from two components of Sauvignon Blanc from Lutzville and Darling and a small dollop of Semillon from the home vineyards.
Named for the old coach house on the farm, the wine is partially fermented and matured in French Oak Barrels.
