Joostenberg The Family Blend 2018
Joostenberg Wine Estate is in Muldersvlei which borders on both Stellenbosch and Paarl. The farm has been owned and managed by 5 generations of Myburghs. Brothers Tyrrel and Philip Myburgh resumed the old wine making traditions on the Estate. Now the wines take awards on wine shows. There is an excellent Bistro, a fabulous deli, a pork butchery, and a brewery in the garden.
The Estate is registered by the European based auditors, Control Union, as an Organic Wine Producer.
The Joostenberg Family Blend 2018 is a blend of Syrah 51%, Cinsault 27%, Mourvédre 12%, Touriga Naçional 8%, Cabernet Sauvignon 1%, and Merlot 1%.
