The De Wetshof Estate Thibault Merlot 2012 is a wine for which you remove your hat and get down on your knees. Nearly eleven years old and ready for the next eleven and more. Bottled some 18 months after harvest, the wine underwent maturation in oak barrels from the French Cooperage owned by the Radoux Family, barrels especially selected for De Wetshof by Christian Radoux.
