Delheim Grand Reserve 2017
Delheim is a legendary Wine Estate on the west facing slopes of the Simonsberg in the Stellenbosch Wine Appellation. Legendary for many reasons, though mostly through the late Patriarch of this family-owned and managed winery, Spatz Sperling. Larger than life in many ways, he was sensitive to what his customers wanted and delivered. His children Victor Sperling and Norah Sperling Thiel now wear his mantle and the legend continues.
