From Simonsig Wine Estate in the Stellenbosch Wine Appellation, pioneers of the Méthode Cap Classique in the Cape, comes its Simonsig Kaapse Vonkel Brut Rosé 2018. First made in 2004 when Johan Malan, Owner and Production Director of the Estate added Pinotage to the classical black grapes of Champagne Pinot Noir and Pinot Meuniér.
