The Table Bay Executive Chef, Jocelyn Myers-Adams with greens
“Presenting a sumptuous selection of designer tapas gives guests an opportunity to explore a variety of taste combinations. Our Valentine’s menu features tapas with a twist. Innovative and sophisticated, they are also immensely satisfying and great fun to explore and share,” says Executive Chef Jocelyn Myers-Adams.
The interplay between hot and cold, sweet, and spicy is part of the tapas journey, while fruits and florals give the five signature cocktails their character. There are two tapas courses to adventure, with the main course featuring six varieties amongst which include sticky hoisin beef short rib with coriander and lemon gremolata; cured salmon trout with fresh apple and fennel, quinoa crackling, and lamb shoulder roulade with cucumber, mint, pickled raisin and toasted macadamia nut salsa. Tapas is followed by an Interactive Dessert.
