Travelling South African winemaker Jasper Raats recently received top ratings for the latest vintages of his New Zealand label Koru Wines.  Raats and his wife Sally have been crafting some of the most sensational Sauvignon Blanc and luscious Pinot Noirs for the past seven years from their two one-hectare vineyards in the Wairau-
