Named after the ancient Khoi name for Cape Town, which means “The Place of Sweet Waters,” Camissa links the city’s past and its cultural heritage in a feast of flavours. The team at Camissa under Executive Chef Jocelyn Myers Adams, invokes the memories of the diverse cuisine brought to South Africa by the early settlers.
