The Table Bay Hotel will again this year celebrate Earth Hour with the turning off of the lights and lighting candles in the Lounge from 20h30 to 21h30 on Friday 18th March.

Executive Chef Jocelyn Myers Adams, a keen urban forager, has created 3 canapés based on items she has foraged herself.
The canapés will be accompanied by different sustainable organic wines by Johan Reneke, the Reyneke Biodynamic Chenin Blanc, the Reyneke Organic White Blend, and the Reyneke Organic Red Blend.

The Lounge will be candlelit and a vocalist will perform for the hour.
The 3 canapé portions of foraged foods accompanied by different Reyneke wines are evenhandedly priced at R120.00 per person.
