There are always exciting goings on at The Food Barn down in Noordhoek at The Noordhoek Farm Village.  Business partners Franck Dangereux and Pete de Bruyn offer interesting, different and unusual happenings both in the restaurant and in The Food Barn Deli.

The Food Barn cooking demonstrations
Then a chance to see the Master at work. Cooking demonstrations before dinner.  Cooking demonstrations are free with your dinner booking, they start at 6:30pm in the restaurant and are great fun where you do all the drinking and Franck does all the cooking and some drinking too !!!

In addition to the demonstrations in the restaurant, Franck is also doing demonstrations with our partner Le Creuset. The dates for all his dems are as follows:

The Vondeling Menu
Another exciting offering is the Vondeling Menu, Vondeling is a Winery in the Voor Paradeberg.  This menu is offered, on the blackboard for lunch and dinner everyday except Sundays.  It will run to the end of June.  A wonderful opportunity to have a glass of Vondeling Wine with dishes superbly matched by Franck.

The Food Barn Deli
The Deli offers a wide variety of baked goods, menu dishes to take away, serves up a great coffee.  There’s Tapas on the menu from 18:00 to 21:00, Tuesday to Saturday.

Noordhoek Farm Village is situated at the corner of Main Road & Village Lane, Noordhoek.  It’s the Southern end of Chapman’s Peak Drive, on the western side of the Cape Peninsula in the Western Cape of South Africa.
