Bonnievale Winery is situated in the Bonnievale Wine Appellation at the Eastern end of the Robertson Wine Valley. I have been very impressed with their wines over the last couple of years, a great leap to premium wines standing shoulder to shoulder with our best. Excellent quality to price ratio.
The Bonnievale River Collection Cinsault Rosé 2021
The Bonnievale River Collection Cinsault Rosé 2021 was made by Chris van Reenen. I liked the wine as it was made in the dry style of Southern France using a grape with Southern French Origins.

The Bonnievale River Collection Chardonnay 2021
The Bonnievale River Collection Chardonnay 2021 was made by Marthinus Rademeyer. An unoaked expression of medium body. Requiring no oak as the fruit comes from vines old enough to allow it to shine on its own.
No oaking required for this wine, the fruit is sufficiently expressive and indicative of its own. All about Citrus and ripe white fleshed peaches on the nose and palate in a fresh crisp wine. Great as a sipper and wonderful with food
