Your evening, at a cost of R1 200 per person, includes rare or exceptional vintage Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines – personally selected by the owners who will be hosting the evening – paired with a decadent five-course gourmet dinner. Highly acclaimed chef Craig Cormack,  who together with his team from Salt at Paul Cluver, will ensure your dining experience is truly magical. Salt at Paul Cluver, situated on the beautiful Paul Cluver Wines in Elgin, is also the venue for this not-to-be missed evening.

Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Grapes

These are the noble grapes of Champagne and Burgundy, which are grown with such success in the Cape Winelands. And the producers at this event are amongst the best in the cool climate regions of Elgin and the Hemel en Aarde Valley.
