International Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc Day is celebrated all over the world today.
It is so difficult for me as a wine writer to choose my favourite Cabernet. Andre Simon the well-known wine writer and effective leader of the Wine Trade in London in the first half of the 20th Century, when asked what his favourite wine was, he replied, “the wine in my glass.”
