One of my favourites – a delicious delicate appley, citrussy Méthode Cap Classique. Wonderful fine bubbles tickling your nose.
Made by the classical Champagne method of a second fermentation in the bottle, the wine has a lovely toasted brioche undertow and then, in the mid palate, slices of Granny Smith Apples and lemon and sweet tropical limes.

Use the Asara MCC Brut for celebration, but don’t keep this wine only for celebrations. Great as a Sunday mid morning refresher, it will happily go with a well cooked midweek supper when you are feeling like a fine bottle of bubbles.
