The Seafood Demonstration
This live demo consists of the cleaning of fish prawns and mussels.
We will be making a basic fish stock and cooking mussels for our starter.
Pickled fish, Moules Mariniere – West Coast Mussels cooked in Vondeling Sauvignon Blanc with fresh herbs and cream and traditional Vetkoek
Braised beef short rib with pumpkin puree and gremolata oil, Crispy Potatoes with mustard cream and spring onion, served with Sesame seed Broccoli and a Wedge salad with radish, cucumber, tomato, croutons and a parmesan dressing
The dessert of Vanilla Panna Cotta with crumble and plum, should be ordered in advance at R80.00 per serving

Cost: R320 pp includes a demo, glass of Vondeling Rosé 2020 welcome drink and a two-course meal (starters and mains). R80 per person extra is changed for the dessert.
