Join the Boschendal Farm Pasta Making Workshop on the 03rd and 04th of September 2016 and cook like an Italian mama
Under the guidance of Executive Chef, Christiaan Campbell and his team, you will be able to fine tune your skills by making plain, shaped and filled pastas from scratch using recipes with the emphasis on freshness and high quality ingredients. Aside from learning more about the technical aspects of pasta preparation the workshop will also cover preparing wonderful pasta fillings and sauces.
The weekend will include a night in Boschendal’s luxury Werf Cottages, Saturday afternoon workshop and a delightful 2 course dinner at the Werf Restaurant, breakfast in the Farm Shop & Deli, Sunday workshop and light lunch.
