The Jordan Wine Estate in the Western side of the Stellenbosch Wine Appellation, is situated up Stellenbosch Kloof. Uniquely situated to make use of cooling breezes both of False Bay and the Atlantic and the cold Benguela Current which runs up the west coast from the deep chilly South Atlantic.
Jordan has much to offer the visitor, a wine tasting and sales venue where you can taste your way through the Estate’s Wines, a bakery to take home a basket of goodies for the next day’s breakfast and to have a light lunch on The Bakery’s Terrace with its superb views over Stellenbosch and the mountains to the East, a superb Award winning restaurant with it’s own Cheese Room, and, if you are feeling like a breakaway, the Estate has a selection of the most luxurious accommodation.

Sjaak Nelson, Jordan’s Winemaker, has recently celebrated his 20th Anniversary at Jordan, during which time he has made many award winning wines. The Restaurant at Jordan is headed up by George Jardine, who has consistently placed the restaurant at the top of the restaurant awards each year. Another celebration is that The Jordan Cobbler’s Hill 2015 is the 21st anniversary of the first vintage of this sublime wine.
