Not all dads are created the same, and the Vineyard Hotel’s menu will please everyone at your table.
Executive Chef Carl van Rooyen and his team have created an exceptional menu. For starters, choose between Mushroom and Biltong Soup, with blue cheese and garlic croutons, or Baked Phyllo Parcel of Smoked Trout and Cream Cheese, with baby leaves, capers, red onions and horseradish dressing.
How well do you know the dads in your life? What will they choose from the buffet? Carved Beef Prime Rib with Café au Lait Sauce? Cajun Roast Chicken? Seafood Pasta al Forno? All of the above?
Of course there will also be salads and side dishes of honey-roasted butternut, creamed spinach and leeks, roasted potatoes, cauliflower gratinated with white cheddar, and sautéed green beans, onions and mushrooms.
To finish off, enjoy a nostalgic dessert with a Father’s Day twist: Bakewell Tart and Bourbon Ice Cream.
The price per person is R415.00 per person all Dads will receive a special hamper from us including a bottle of wine, nougat and droëwors.
