Boschendal Eateries – get them on your bucket list

Boschendal Eateries abound on the Farm with its backdrop of the Groot Drakenstein Mountain

In the late 1970s and 80s Boschendal Restaurant in the Groot Drakenstein Valley near Franschhoek, became the talk of the town with its fabulous buffet lunch. This featured, amongst other delights, a number of Cape dishes which included Malva Pudding for which the restaurant became famous – enjoyed by the likes of Henry Kissinger, Countess Mountbatten of Burma and many of the restaurants guests. There are now several Boschendal Eateries offering a wide variety of choices.
