Aristea Wines are made in a partnership of Martin Krajewski who owns vineyards in France and Matthew Krone who has over 17 years of experience of making fine wines and Méthode Cap Classique [MCC] bubblies and Florent Dumeau, an Oenology graduate of Bordeaux University and international wine consultant.

In the ZA Confidential Studio in Johannesburg, I present the Aristea Méthode Cap Classique Rosé 2016 to John Fraser, who runs ZA Confidential, and a group which consists of the foremost economists in South Africa, Mike Schussler, Jeff Osborne who heads up Gumtree Auto and Malcolm MacDonald, a Director of Clientéle. Malcolm also handles the technical aspects of these recordings.
